This development program is geared to beginner/novice and intermediate skill levels. Participants will receive training in all the basic volleyball skills (passing, setting, hitting and serving). A modified game format is used to provide maximum opportunities to practice these skills and prepare players for the more complex 6 on 6 game. Where appropriate, athletes will be grouped by experience on different courts as skills progress and the regulation weight ball used.
Training sessions are offered twice a week and participants can sign up to attend 1 or 2 sessions per week.
